2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations or changes to reservations must be made at least 48 hours prior to check-in date and time.
• Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in a charge equal to the first night of the reservation.
• No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking.
• For holiday bookings, cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance of the check-in date.
• Management reserves the right to modify reservations, rates, services, or amenities at any time with or without notice.

3. Use of Our Site

We grant you a non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable, worldwide, non-transferable licence to use our Site in accordance with these Terms.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Breach any laws or regulations
• Infringe on others’ privacy or legal rights
• Harass, defame, threaten, or offend others
• Transmit viruses, malware, or engage in hacking
• Interfere with the Site’s operation or other users
• Send unsolicited messages or spam
• Compete with our business by using the Site’s content without authorisation

14. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.

We make no representation that our Site complies with laws outside of Australia. If accessing from overseas, you do so at your own risk.
